They are awesome! I needed a rental vehicle and me forgetting what time the service center closed I called with 15 mins to spare and they said if you can get here before we close we can get it done. They were super nice about it. Thank you guys!
Austin was incredibly helpful! He helped my family make informed decisions about my vehicle. He showed an understanding of the situation I was in and offered assistance in any way possible���reaching out to other dealerships, offering all options, etc. He was pleasant to talk to, very patient and professional, and kept my family updated on my car���s situation. He helped find all solutions and encouraged technicians to finish it ASAP due to my challenging circumstances of that week. Although I had little interaction with any other workers, I still appreciate the technicians for completing my work so quickly and well. Overall, Austin made my experience at Chevy Keyes positive and left me highly likely to return to the Menomonie location in the future. Austin deserves big props���I couldn���t be happier with his service.

I had to have some warranty work redone and my windshield washer pump replaced. I was very pleased with Austin. He worked with GM to get them to take care of the pump so all I had to pay was the deductible. Everything was fixed in one visit. Austin was good about keeping me updated on the progress.

everything was fine except when they wanted to do the 70k service and the vehicle only has 35k miles on it. i said that in 2 years when we get to that point maybe, but not at 35k miles for the 70k miles service. maybe they should be more careful when looking at the mileage. makes you wonder if other things aren't be done correctly??
The service writer gave me up to minute explanations on the warranty work that was being done. And why it was taking longer to fix the problem, which I was grateful for. I appreciated the fact that he did this keeping me updated on the situation. It was good work, thank you very much
Our Tahoe battery was dead in our garage and failed to start the engine. A technician came and started the vehicle and we drove to the dealership, installed a new battery and returned home in less than two hours. Great service.
