Truck stalled coming to stop sign engine light came on had appointment made too see what was wrong scanner said evap was bad wasn't getting enough fuel.Had to have new parts put in .they need to fix this problems come up with better system new truck shouldn't start have so many problems had air condition pump fixed not to long ago at least my extended warranty coverage helps. And thanks for Austin k for getting in for service and having me a loaner. Thank you Keys for the great service.

I was happy to get my car in and the work was done quickly. I was disappointed I didn't get a car wash like I have every other time I've been in. It was raining that day so maybe that's why but I was hoping to get a car wash anyway. Otherwise. service was great.
My vehicle had some black marks on it after my last aurobutler. I had to drive back over to show management. I wasn't overly concerned about getting them taken care of then, but wanted them removed. He said he would make note to have them buffed out army next appt. They are still there. I also had two tires mounted. There is a definite difference in the tread pattern and they are mounted opposite of the back ones. I'm told it doesn't matter, but one says inside and the other says outside. Not to mention I saw my vehicle sitting outside and had to find someone to check me out.
I have never had an unpleasant experience at Keyes Chevrolet. I think I have always been treated wonderfully when in for service and/or looking for a different vehicle. Sales and service personnel are always there to answer questions or just to be welcoming. We've just purchased our fourth Silverado from this dealership the first two being brand new and the last two being used vehicles. The first three were wonderful vehicles and hoping for the great results again with the most recent. Sales personnel very knowledgeable about the product they're selling and not high pressure which I appreciate.
