Dean went way out of his way to make things work for me. I called him the day of my scheduled appointment. He said thanks for letting him know that i could not make my scheduled appointment. He then said swing on in on Friday about the same time. So I showed up and he did a great Job getting my truck done. Thanks Dean!
Austin worked with me to get the tires I needed. On my appointment day I mentioned that I needed to make an appointment for an oil change for my Equinox. He said he could work it in with my tire purchase. Saved me so much time!! Appreciated it very much! Thank you!
Good: I stopped in to make an appointment for an oil change and they got me in the next day and took care of me. Service tech also helped me with a side question about my vehicle. I was out in about an hour. Bad: I have a broken rear shock absorber that is literally hanging loose on my truck (getting it fixed this week). The "multi-point inspection" showed my shocks and struts as "checked and ok"....
The gentlemen who work in the service department are very kind, courteous and patient, and willing to explain any problem to an older lady who may not be very mechanically inclined. Thank you treats are always in order for them. janet
A little disappointed they did not honor my first oil change as free. Bought car at another dealer so they said the free oil change expired even though I bought the Equinox in March. It was a demo car at another dealer and had some miles on it and I was told I could go to a closer dealer and get my free oil change, but Keyes said no. They did an excellent job and very quick. Very satisfied with their service even though I had to pay for the service.
