I had two (2) vehicles in for oil change today. During servicing of my S-10 pickup, an oil leak from the motor was discovered. Arrangements were made to have the problem corrected. Will be returning to the Dealership in the near future to have the new parts installed. All service was completed in a timely fashion. Very pleasant Service Dept.
The service at Keyes was great! We were greeted immediately by Shaun. We got in on our scheduled time. I appreciate the promptness. Letha in the office is always so friendly. She even give us treats. Thank you for going above and beyond my expectations!!
Great sales service. Was making the purchase remotely so I was not able to see the vehicle in advance. Sales team was very helpful and made sure to answer all my questions in advance before I made the drive.

On 4-02-21,which was the Friday before the Easter weekend, I noticed a problem with the rear brakes on my Malibu 2015. I was scheduled to take a 2 hour trip the following day. I brought the car in and explained the problem to Shawn Anderson and he immediately had it looked at and discovered the brakes were bad. He then told me that they had the parts available and said they could take care of it that afternoon. I was expecting having to wait a days for an appointment, but Shawn Anderson realized the problem and did an excellent job of seeing that it was taken care of that day. Excellent service!!!

We went in with electrical issues (we/they think) and were told GM did not have a patch for it. They didn't seem concerned or want to consider replacing the car and it only has 7K miles... Very disturbing.
