You replaced a GPS antenna for the second time. Your service tech improperly installed the antenna the first time. The first antenna was not properly installed and water leaked in and caused corrosion and rust. I showed this to Shawn and got excuses - I gave him the GM print out on how to properly install the antenna - which was not done by your tech. I am not trying to get something for nothing - but this is B.S. - it could cost you my future business.
