Friendly, courteous, clean, and quick. I scheduled through the website which was convenient. Based off of my vehicles mileage it suggested a "severe" maintenance service. This coincided with a dash warning to replace the timing belt. An hour after the truck was checked in, I received a call that all of the parts needed for the service were not in stock. The service could not be completed. This seems like an oversight that has caused an inconvenience. If the service is known, how are parts not ordered and on hand before the schedule is confirmed.
