I’m pleased with the service performed by Keyes dealership and are my preferred place for services.

Friendly service

I have been dealing with Keyes for many years. not just for service but also for purchasing new autos. Because of my recent experience that may change. On my visit on August 24th I was greeted and checked in as usual; very politely and efficiently. Then while waiting in the lounge I was approached by the service manager and told that my cabin air filter was dirty and should be replaced. i was not shown the filter. not knowing any better I agreed. later I was told it was completely unnecessary. it was quite costly for someone that is widowed and on a fixed income. I am very disappointed that Keyes service dept. took advantage of me this way!
