Fixed issue

Went above and beyond just an oil change and also gave quotes for repairs needed

My Blazer EV remotely locked my transmission in park. It happened in the bus garage parking lot in Baldwin. When I called Keyes service it was suggested they had a couple other vehicles that had the same symptoms and they were cured by parking inside for a period of time. I had the local wrecker company come and put it inside for 16 hours with no positive results so I has it towed to Keyes. They pulled some lever to take it out of gear and that seemed to fix the problem. A week later I had the same problem and the mechanics at Keyes figured out there was a recall. I have $850+ in wrecker bills but Keyes is only paying $500 of it. If it had been fixed correctly the first time the wrecker bill would have only been $500

I had Stephanie as my primary help, and she was wonderful from the first phone call to the end. She listened to my concerns without making me feel stupid, and I didn't feel overcharged for the services she provided. One of the best auto repaire experinces Ive had that wasn't with my own dad.
